Captivating Storefronts in España

A little late in posting this, as it got lost in the drafts folder black hole...

In all my walking and exploring across cities and towns in Spain, I was often drawn to the beauty of the exterior of a variety of shops and restaurants. Most of these involved food, whether it was the natural beauty of nicely displayed fruits and vegetables or the artfully crafted smoked meat sandwiches and tapas. I bought a snack or had a meal at a number of places just based on their array of foods displayed in their storefronts, and I was never disappointed!

The sweet tooth in me certainly drew me in to quite a few bakeries and pastry shops. I'm still amazed by the number of bakeries in many parts of Europe. I feel like Albuquerque and many cities in the US could be officially classified as bakery deserts. How nice it would be to have easy access to the occasional (or frequent) baguette to complement one's dinner or maybe to just eat it while walking down the street.

To avoid making this blog post completely about food (again), below I'll share several other lovely storefronts, including a bookstore, flower shop, and a jewelry store.
